Jon manages Seven Turns, LLC, an investment firm, as well as Closter Farm and Catskill Farm, which produce certified Organic cattle, poultry, vegetables, and fruits. He is also a firefighter in Sullivan County, NY, holding NFPA Firefighter 1 Interior Certification.

He previously spent two decades in the hedge fund industry. He was a partner, portfolio manager, and director of research at Amici Capital, and prior to that worked at Zweig-Dimenna Associates. Earlier in his career, Jon worked in foreign aid at The University Foundation of Thailand in Bangkok and The Synergos Institute in New York City.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vassar College and a Master’s degree from Columbia Business School, graduating with Beta Gamma Sigma honors.

Jon is a Trustee of Vassar College and City Harvest and lives in New York City and Andes, NY with his wife and 4 children.
