As students will begin arriving back on campus shortly, I am writing to remind us all of our roles in maintaining health and safety on campus.  This is particularly important now, as positivity rates in the communities surrounding Vassar are far greater than they had been during the fall semester, meaning there is more virus present, and the chances of infection are increased. 

Students in Professor of Geography Mary Ann Cunningham’s introductory Environmental Studies class used government and industry databases to compute annual carbon emissions in five local municipalities.

Dr. Barbara Barlow ’60, an award-winning pediatric surgeon, has worked tirelessly to prevent traumatic injury to children throughout her long and distinguished career.

The Vassar Review is a revival of the literary arts journal published by Vassar College from 1927 to 1993. Each edition approaches its theme as a subject for a discourse of contemporary works across mediums. The journal is released annually in the spring in print and online. They are accepting submissions (poetry, prose, text, artworks, and images) relating to the theme of “Cycle & Circumstance” until January 15, 2021.
