The east ground floor entrance of the Old Laundry Building, which houses the Office for Accessibility and Educational Opportunity, is accessible. An accessible restroom is located on the ground floor. The closest accessible parking spaces are located directly across the street in the Baldwin and Swift parking lots.

About the Old Laundry Building

Built in 1872 to house the College’s laundry facilities, the Old Laundry Building is currently home to the Office of Accessibility and Educational Opportunity and Vassar’s multidisciplinary programs, including Africana Studies, American and Native American Studies, Asian Studies, Environmental Studies, International Studies, Jewish Studies, Latin American & Latinx Studies, Media Studies, Science, Technology, & Society, Urban Studies, and Women, Feminist, & Queer Studies.
