There are a few important things you need to do before you arrive on campus. As soon as possible, be sure to complete the checklist that applies to you.

For Students
- Mid-May: Set up your Vassar email account as soon as you receive instructions from the Office of Admission
- Due July 1: Complete the Statement of Academic Interest Form
- July 1: Pre-registration opens for first-year students on July 1, until August 1.
- Due July 1: Submit medical information
- Monday, August 25: Move-in Day and Check-in
- August 25–31: New Student Orientation
- September 3: Fall Convocation
For Families
- September 26–28: Families Weekend 2025
- December 19: Last Day of Semester
