Admitted Student Open Houses

Dear all,
I am writing to remind you about special events taking place on campus in the coming weeks: Admitted Student Open Houses! On Sunday, April 10th and Thursday, April 14th, we will welcome admitted students and their families to campus for Venture to Vassar to learn more about Vassar and encourage them to join the Vassar community. To put these events in context, this is the first time we will welcome admitted students on campus since April of 2019!
I want to thank Sonya Smith (Dean of Admission and Student Financial Services) and her team for working hard over the last few months to review and admit the incredible group of diverse and highly talented students who will visit campus soon. This admission cycle we had the largest number of applicants in Vassar's history, which means the Admission and Student Financial Services teams worked harder than ever before to review applications and admit students for the Class of 2026!
As we welcome admitted students and their families to campus, I want to thank all of you for making our guests feel like the Vassar community is one they would be excited to join.
Thank you all for creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive community not only for our guests but also for each other.
