Veterans Day

Dear all,

Happy Veterans Day. Having veterans as a part of our campus community enriches us all. I am especially grateful that we have the Posse Veterans Program here at Vassar.  

Please take a moment today to recognize the veterans here on campus, and in your own communities. You might ask them about their experiences; they have much to offer us all as it relates to their understandings of our world and contemporary moment.

On a personal level, I offer my thanks and my respect to this group, today and every day.
