Associate Professor of Law, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Arizona State University Khaled Beydoun and Director of the Bard Center for the Study of Hate, legal scholar Ken Stern will engage in a moderated dialogue with Associate Professor of Religion Kirsten Wesselhoeft about Islamophobia, antisemitism, free speech/expression and hate. This event is open to the public. Vassar attendees will need to show their ID. Non-Vassar attendees will need to register.

On April 26, a group of high school juniors from New York City came to campus as part of Sound Business Inc.’s Liberal Arts College Exploratory Workshops aimed at providing students with a better understanding of a liberal arts college education. Read more.

New Story Leadership Livable Futures Workshops

A unique workshop on Palestine/Israel where presenters Tarek Maassarani, Rawan Oded and Eran Nissan will be using AI technology to help build consensus around actions we can take together here at local level on campus and in the Hudson Valley. The outcome is dependent on getting a bunch of participants in the room who have a range of outlooks and stories to share. Read more.
