Travel Programs

Important COVID-19 Information

Vassar College, along with institutional partners, tour operators, and government authorities, continues to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak. As this is a fluid situation, the Vassar Travel Program and our tour operator partners will continue to update travelers who are booked on Vassar trips accordingly and on a trip-by-trip basis. We will not be hosting any travel programs for the remainder of 2020 and at least the first half of 2021. We apologize for any inconvenience or distress this situation may have caused for our travelers.

Questions? Please contact Susan Quade, Senior Associate Director for Alumnae/i Education and Affinity Programs, via email suquade@vassar.edu.

We do hope that our alumnae/i and their families and friends will be able to travel together again with Vassar in the future. In the meantime, we hope you'll enjoy photos from some of our previous trips.

Travel Insurance

The Vassar Travel Program is now offering quality travel insurance to all our travelers. After much research we selected Meyer and Associates.  Meyer and Associates have been in the insurance business for more than 40 years, and they come highly recommended by our peer institutions.

Of course, the choice of whether to purchase insurance is yours, but the Vassar Travel Program wants to make sure each Vassar traveler is offered quality insurance. We believe it is very important to protect your travel investment. Meyer and Associates offers a wide range of insurance options, but we strongly urge travelers to purchase the package that offers trip cancellation coverage at the minimum.

For detailed information and to purchase travel insurance, contact Meyer and Associates or call (800) 635-7801.
