Reception: October 23, 2026, 7:00–9:00 p.m.

Curated by Yixuan Wang ’26, Strata of Relations approaches Asia not as a fixed geographic entity, but as an evolving constellation of relationships reshaped by colonial histories, infrastructure expansions, local communities, and natural processes.

Bringing together artists based across Asia and its diasporas, the exhibition examines how landscapes are traversed, contested, and remembered across shifting cultural and geographical boundaries. Featured artists include Beihua Guo, Hafsa Nouman, Huiqi He, Xinhao Cheng, Siyang Dai & Zijun Zhao, Xingyan Guo, Pejvak, and Xiaoyi Chen.

The exhibition runs October 15–November 22, 2026, in Palmer Gallery, College Center. A reception will take place October 23 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Sponsored by Campus Activities and presented in conjunction with the New York Conference on Asian Studies.

This exhibition is free and open to the public.
