This workshop highlights and defines the eight areas of wellness that affect our daily function, well-being, and how we navigate through the world.
Throughout the workshop, we will engage in group discussions, participate in exercises, and witness demonstrations that can bring about positive life changes. Allison will also teach various practical exercises, including movement, breath work, meridian tapping, and counting techniques. These simple yet effective exercises are designed to provide immediate relief. They can be easily incorporated into your daily routine, empowering you to manage anxiety, fear, and panic when these feelings arise.
