Vassar's 2024 Writer-in-Residence reading will be delivered by Garth Greenwell

Garth Greenwell is the author of two books of fiction, What Belongs to You and Cleanness. A new novel, Small Rain, is forthcoming in September. The recipient of honors including a Guggenheim Fellowship and the Vursell Award for prose style from the American Academy of Arts and Letters, he has taught at Princeton Unversity, the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, and Grinnell College. His work has been translated into fifteen languages. He is currently a Distinguished Writer in Residence at NYU.
