Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that works. It integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intentions. This class is for all levels, beginners to seasoned practitioner. This class will be every Monday until the end of the Spring Semester.

Time: 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
