COVID Protocols

Given the rise of COVID-19 cases here and around the globe, we are now asking, in an abundance of caution, that ALL attendees regardless of their vaccination status be prepared to show proof of a 24-hour rapid antigen test upon their arrival on campus. If you arrive for registration and were unable to perform this test within the previous 24 hours, we will have testing available for you free of charge at a site on campus that will be staffed by Westchester Medical Center personnel.

An important note. If you test positive for COVID within 10 days of your planned arrival date, according to CDC guidelines you are not eligible to travel, and we therefore ask that you refrain from attending Reunion this year. Please be assured that you will be refunded in full.

Finally, in the interest of maximizing the safety of all of our guests, most events will be held outdoors this year, rain or shine, under tents, barring a thunder or lightning storm. For events that will take place indoors, we ask that you wear a KN95 mask to protect yourself and others, which will also be available at check-in if you arrive without one.

As a reminder, the registration deadline for Reunion is Friday, May 20, 2022.  We will not be able to accommodate requests for housing or meals on a walk-in basis. Registrants will be asked to complete the following attestation upon registration:

  • My guests and I will be fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 booster or have a negative COVID-19 test within 24 hours of arriving on campus.
  • My guests and I will not attend if we have any COVID-19 symptoms.
  • My guests and I understand that COVID-19 is an extremely contagious virus and spreads easily through person-to-person contact and we know we are taking risks by attending in-person events.
  • If my guests or I become symptomatic or test positive at any time during the event, I agree that we will leave campus and follow up with our primary health care providers or seek treatment at a medical facility in the local community.

We are aware children under the age of five are unable to receive vaccinations or boosters. They are still welcome at Reunion. According to guidelines. it is recommended children two years and older use an at home COVID test 24 hours before arriving on campus. Children under the age of 2 are not required to have a COVID test.
