Noah Baumbach ’91, a four-time Academy Award-nominated filmmaker, will address the Class of 2026 at Vassar College’s 162nd Commencement exercises, President Elizabeth H. Bradley announced.
Amid the cheers of over 3,000 guests and words of wisdom from fellow alums, College administrators—and even Yoda—more than 600 graduates celebrated Commencement on May 25.
At this year’s Commencement ceremony, more than 550 graduating seniors were celebrated for their resilience—the class matriculated at the dawn of COVID. British actor and filmmaker Emily Mortimer offered inspiring words to the graduates.
