1974 - Awarded Associate Professorship

1975+ - Elected to first of 3 3-year terms as Department Chair

Served two 3-year terms as House Fellow (Jewett, Main)

Served 2 years as Academic Advisor in Dean of Studies Office

Served 1 year as Acting Dean of Studies

Served 3 years as Dean of Freshmen

After retiring from Faculty, served 5 years as part-time Academic Coach for Office of Disability Services.
