Advancing, Equity, Justice, and Wellness

Our work to respond to climate change and ecological degradation is grounded in the fundamental importance of ensuring that all people are able to flourish. One of Vassar’s core assumptions is that people with diverse perspectives and backgrounds can and must work together to create an equitable and just society. Moreover, as we tackle the challenges we face, we have an abiding focus on wellness. In particular, we harness the life-giving power of nature as we live on our beautiful campus.
