On Campus

As the fall semester comes to a close, Vassar’s campus stays alive with activity. Don’t miss the following events:

Friday, December 9

The Night Owls, Vassar’s oldest a cappella group, will perform their last concert of the season, and the Vassar College Jazz Ensemble will give its last performance of the semester.

Saturday, December 10 – Sunday, December 11

Philaletheis will present multiple performances of an adaptation of the experimental play "For Colored Girls Who've Considered Suicide When The Rainbow is Not Enuf." The piece was compiled and created for performance by Vassar students for a Vassar audience. It hopes “to interact and celebrate Ntozake Shange's iconic work while creating and furthering the dialogue on campus of what it means to be or not to be part of the rainbow.”
