Tour the Integrated Science Center
Readers of the Spring 2011 Vassar Quarterly learned about the Vassar 150: World Changing campaign and its priorities, including Science for the 21st Century, and about the imaginative new building that is central to helping the college realize its plans for science. Now there’s an opportunity to take a quick virtual tour of Vassar’s future “bridge building,” designed by Ennead Architects.
Join Marianne Begemann ’79, associate dean of the faculty and associate professor of chemistry, and Cathy Baer, vice president for alumnae/i affairs and development, as they offer a sneak preview of a building that will literally bridge the Fonteyn Kill, and the campus, even as it makes a profound statement about the ongoing importance of science at Vassar. –Lance Ringel
