Follow up from Info Session re: Summer 2020 Work on Campus

This announcement contains important information for those who may be working on campus or supervising people on campus between now and the start of the Fall semester. This includes the recording of yesterday's information session.

Note: All employees and faculty should have received an e-mail from Human Resources with information about how to register for work on campus. For reference, a sample of that message is also attached here.

As discussed in yesterday's info session, supervisors and department chairs may use this form to formally request personal protective equipment (PPE, including masks) for the people in their areas who will be registered to work on campus.

This is a link to the recording of yesterday's information session.

Some of the Q&A could not be addressed within the scheduled session time, and the outstanding questions have been addressed in this document.

Thank you all for paying careful attention to the guidelines referenced in the above materials, which are designed to maintain the health and safety of everybody on campus.  Thanks especially to those employees and faculty who have already been working on campus to maintain continuity within the College for both students and each other.

Sincerely,

Carlos L. García
Vice President for Technology and Human Resources
Chief Information Officer
