Grief and Loss Support Space
LocationZoomThis virtual gathering space is for all members of the Vassar community who are dealing with loss and grief—of a family member or friend, or, more generally, this challenging time. This offering is a collaboration across Counseling Service and Religious and Spiritual Life and Contemplative Practices. Facilitators are Wendy Freedman and Sam Speers.
We offer this space to:
- Be with your emotions, thoughts, and reactions without judgment.
- Approach your grief without fear as part of what it means to be human.
- Explore practices and other supports to help you get through this.
