Douglas Winblad Associate Professor of Philosophy

Doug Winblad received his AB from the University of California, Berkeley and his PhD from Harvard University. His research focuses on the issue of whether and in what sense there are limits to thought. He pursues this issue from an epistemological as well as a semantic point of view. He has published essays on skepticism, philosophical methodology, nonsensicality, and Quine and Wittgenstein.
