To secure your place in the class, you will need to submit both your Candidate's Reply Card and your enrollment deposit by the deadline date.

How do I pay my enrollment deposit?

You can submit your enrollment deposit via check, eCheck (online bank transfer), or wire transfer. Instructions for each of these options are listed below.

Should I complete my Candidate's Reply Card by mail or online?

For the fastest processing time, please use the online Candidate’s Reply Card, which you can access by logging in to your Applicant Status Portal at apply.vassar.edu/status.

What is the deadline to send in my Candidate's Reply Card and enrollment deposit?

What should I do if I am paying my enrollment deposit by check?

Please include the student’s name and Applicant ID on the check and mail to:

An email confirming receipt will be sent once the check is processed. Please be aware that processing paper checks takes additional time.

How do I pay by online bank transfer?

Please login to apply.vassar.edu/status, click on the Admission Deposit link on your status page, and follow the instructions to submit your enrollment deposit by online bank transfer. The Admission Deposit link will appear only after you submit your Candidate's Reply Card online.

What payment options are available for international students?

International students can submit their enrollment deposit via wire transfer (Flywire) or check. Online bank transfer is available only for those with a US bank account.

Vassar College partners with Flywire to streamline the wire transfer payment process for international students. With Flywire, you can pay from any country and any bank. You will also be able to track where your payment is in the transfer process via a student dashboard, and an email confirmation will be sent to you when your payment is received by the school. Visit www.flywire.com/school/vassaradmissions to create an account with Flywire and begin the wire transfer process.

Please include the student's name and Applicant ID in your wire transfer information.

Note: Students who are neither U.S. citizens nor permanent residents who wished to be considered for financial aid at any time during their four years at Vassar must have applied for aid at the same time that they applied for admission. Since Vassar is not need-blind in the admission of non-U.S. citizens, financial need may be a factor in the evaluation process for admission. Therefore, those admitted without financial aid subsequently would not be eligible to receive Vassar funding during their years at the College.

How will I know if my deposit was received?

If you submit your enrollment deposit via eCheck (online bank transfer), you will receive a payment receipt and confirmation email. Once Vassar receives your Candidate's Reply Card and enrollment deposit, you will receive an email from Vassar confirming your place in the class.

Please note: Processing paper checks takes additional time. An email confirming receipt will be sent once the check is processed.
