This year marks the eighth anniversary of All College Day – an annual event for the Vassar community hosted by the Campus Life Resource Group (CLRG), a committee of students, staff, faculty, and administrators. This year’s event will take place on Wednesday, February 20, 2008. One of the day’s main goals is to foster open, honest, and engaging dialogue on issues concerning campus life and the campus community.
All College Day is preceded and followed by several Conversation Dinners in the first and second semesters of each year. This year’s theme – “Be the Change” – emerged from ongoing conversations about how change happens, and the potential for every community member to be involved in the process.
This year’s All College Day events include a mural project, a conversation about the promise of a Vassar education, a “Soup and Substance” discussion on individual and community action, and a community gathering for all participants. (Please see full schedule below.)
Questions and comments may be shared at any time by contacting campuslife@vassar.edu or by visiting the Campus Life Office (Main, North 163), 845-437-5426.
